Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns claims must be raised within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, seals Intact, with all original tags, accessories, gifts, and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@santaecommerce.com or contact 254747047470 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and attach copies of Order details, Proof of purchase and a return form, and send your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.
EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged:
● Broken Seal items.
● Items lost or damaged while on transit to the customer.
● Items which have been altered or damaged after being delivered to the customer
● Items with seals, settings, tags and accessories not intact.
● Items not in their Original Packaging
- Clothes, Bedding, Adult toys, Health Products etc for health and hygiene reasons.
For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service number below to arrange for an exchange.
