    Roles
    Order Fulfillment: Delivery agents are responsible for picking up orders from the seller’s location and ensuring they are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

    Package Handling: They handle packages with care, ensuring that products are not damaged during transit. This involves proper packaging and securing items for safe delivery.

    Route Planning: Delivery agents plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times and minimize delays. They may use GPS technology and traffic updates to navigate through traffic and find the quickest routes.

    Customer Interaction: Delivery agents often interact directly with customers during the delivery process. They may confirm delivery details, collect payments (if required), and provide assistance or information about the products being delivered.

    Problem Resolution: In case of delivery issues such as address discrepancies, missed deliveries, or damaged items, delivery agents play a crucial role in resolving these issues by communicating with both the customer and the seller to find a satisfactory solution.

    Inventory Management: Delivery agents are responsible for managing inventory levels in their delivery vehicles, ensuring they have the necessary products and supplies to fulfill orders efficiently.

    Requirements

    High School certificate

    Previous experience in sales job
